We aim to provide high-quality digital marketing and development services. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow the policy outlined below:

1. Service-Based Refunds

• Custom Projects (Web/App/Software): Once the design or development work begins, payments are non-refundable.

• Marketing Campaigns (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads): Refunds are not available once campaigns are live or budget is spent.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel a project before execution begins. A cancellation fee (up to 20%) may apply for resource allocation or planning.

• Monthly service retainers require 7 days written notice before renewal to avoid billing.

3. Disputes

Any dissatisfaction must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will assess and offer fair revisions if applicable.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in cases of non-delivery or duplicate payment, verified by our support team.
