These Terms govern your use of services offered by WebsiteWalebhaiya (operating in Lucknow, Bhopal & Indore).

1. Scope of Work

• All services (development or marketing) will be based on written proposals and mutual agreement via email, invoice, or contract.

2. Payment Terms

• Project work begins after 50–100% advance payment (as agreed).

• Monthly marketing retainers are prepaid, and invoices must be cleared within due dates to continue service.

3. Intellectual Property

• All final deliverables will be handed over upon full payment.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Timely approvals, feedback, and content (images/text) are required for smooth execution.

• Delays from the client side may shift deadlines or impact performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Third-party platform changes (e.g., Google Ads policy updates).

• Downtime or performance issues due to client-side hosting/server/environment errors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of abusive behavior, non-payment, or violation of terms.
